I have owned this cable for a couple of years now. Sound is good. Two issues however. One is that the larger diameter plug doesn’t work with my new case for my iphone. The other is that the cable is slightly separating from the plug after two years of routine use.

I have a saturn vue and a sansa clip mp3 player. This cord connects them perfectly. I can listen in the car and it sounds great! The cord IS really long, but i left it wrapped in a loop like it came and let the loop sit over the shifter.

This cable is worth the money over cheaper priced options. I tried one of the ones sold at the BestBuy store. It had cheaper construction and as a result I heard plenty of interference. I use this to connect my Sirius radio to my Aux-In, which produces the best sound quality.

I had been struggling to find something to play my MP3 player in my car. I had tried the FM modulator type devices, but they were less user friendly. The Monster MP3 cable was ideal for me because my car had come with an auxiliary port. Now I no longer have to worry about other radio stations interfering with my MP3. Additionally, I don’t have to worry about plugging the FM transmitter into my cigarette lighter or batteries to change. So if you have an auxiliary port option, I suggest going with the cable connection. As far as the quality goes, it’s not as good as perhaps a CD, but it does the trick.

a bit on the pricey side for what it is, but its durable and sounds a ton better than the radioshack cable i was using before. crystal clear.
