bought 1 month ago, everything fine or reasonable beside that the other side almost can’t hear you, there are very high background noise from the car heard on the other side (wind, aircondition) so that it is not tolerable to talk with you. I changed the kit, changed the phone, reinstall, etc.. , eventually they told me that this is how it heard tofay with this technology. my recommendation – do not touch !

I purchased this for my wife so she would not be reaching for her cell phone while driving. I had it professionally installed and bought a “Pro Mount” rather than the mounting bracket that came with the unit. Linking the phone to the device was easy and, even though the auto is a sporty T-Bird (2002), there is no background noise and the voice is loud and clear. The mic is mounted on the left windshield post with all wiring hidden. I recommend having an audio shop install it ($100 + 30 for the mount). It’s a good application of the Amazon discount. The radio interface is great!

Coupled with the install harness I found through Parrott, the LS3200 was a breeze to install myself.

Pros: Beats a headset hands down. Couple this unit with Blackberry and the voice recognition is awesome. Pretty much true hands free. The sound quality is great and most people can't tell your in a car. I drive a large noisy truck and it still sounds awesome.

Cons: Has a hiccup every once in a great while. Might be more of an issue with my cycling though things too fast. I seem to be able to confuse the system. Fix is easy. . . give it a second and hit the hangup button. This usually sorts it out.Rating: 5 / 5

I purchased two of these devices to use with our LG Rumor phones. To cut down on installation time, I also purchased the wire kits from parrotkits.com. The install was easy (while I'm pretty good with my hands, vehicles are not my strength).

Once installed, syncing with the phones was quick and easy. We can make calls just fine, the device syncs with our phone book, the microphone quality and volume through the vehicle speakers are both good.

When calls come in, we can answer the phone but the caller cannot hear us. This has more to do with incompatibility with the LG Rumor than the Parrot device.

All in all this is a good device and works as advertised as long as your phone is fully compatible (check their website).
