Works just as well with my 8gb sony flash drive. Out of the box functionality and good sound quality.
Installation was relatively simple on my 2000 CR-V, the only note extra bus power wire which charges the iPod, but I just spliced it with the ignition/switched and it works fine.
The only minor downside is the fit and finish, i.e. the faceplate and plastic trim piece not fitting perfectly smoothly. I also feel the controls could be more intuitive/simple. Otherwise an excellent deal!!!Rating: 5 / 5

I am glad to say this works perfectly with my iPod classic. Works just as well with my 8gb sony flash drive.

The installation went smoothly, no issues there using a Scosche install kit. I am pleased with the CD and mp3 stereo quality. The USB connectivity is a definite plus. Overall the price/value is good.

CONS:

The radio is less that I expected. The reception quality is much less than my 10 year old stock radio, with fewer station options. The radio is an important function to me, so I would not buy this device knowing what I know now.

The way that the faceplate is designed makes it a little awkward to attach and detach, but it's manageable. The iPod controls take a little getting used to, and require so many steps to find whatever song/album you're looking for that I really wouldn't recommend doing it while driving. I just keep mine set on shuffle all and it works out fine.Rating: 4 / 5

This stereo was easy to install, and works as described. Pretty much the only shortcoming is that the ipod is locked when plugged into the USB cable, which means you can't scroll through different playists and select songs directly on the ipod, at least that is the case with my 1st generation ipod touch. Otherwise it's exactly what I expected. Can't be beat for the price I dont thinkRating: 4 / 5

Solid head unit for the price. The sound is great, even with just two rear speakers. I will be adding some front speakers sometime soon. There are tons of good features for the price, and I especially like the USB connection - I have put my music on a flash drive, and I don't have to mess with CD's or an MP3 player unless I want to.Rating: 4 / 5

I installed this stereo in my ’71 Spitfire with some Kenwood speakers.
