Works just as well with my 8gb sony flash drive. Out of the box functionality and good sound quality. <br />Installation was relatively simple on my 2000 CR-V, the only note extra bus power wire which charges the iPod, but I just spliced it with the ignition/switched and it works fine. <br />The only minor downside is the fit and finish, i.e. the faceplate and plastic trim piece not fitting perfectly smoothly. The iPod controls take a little getting used to, and require so many steps to find whatever song/album you're looking for that I really wouldn't recommend doing it while driving. Pretty much the only shortcoming is that the ipod is locked when plugged into the USB cable, which means you can't scroll through different playists and select songs directly on the ipod, at least that is the case with my 1st generation ipod touch. The sound is great, even with just two rear speakers. I will be adding some front speakers sometime soon.
