I bought this unit to work with my new HD942U. From the moment I hooked it up it has worked flawlessly with my Sirius Connect. It’s powered from the head unit which means no mistakes or additional wiring.
I bought this not knowing I didn’t need it, the interface cable for the Kenwood unit eliminates this on 08 and up Kenwood receivers.
