Question:
I have an 98 Oldsmobile Intrigue and need some instruction on how to remove the car stereo. I bought a nice system and need to install it. If I can get the old one out putting the new in will be a breeze. Any help would be appreciated.

it might be one of those stupid key inserts look at the face plate are there fore hole on either side of it if so you can get a audio place to open it for you and then replace the stereo that is what i had to do
You don’t need any special key, just regular hand tools. pop the trim off, you may need to remove trim on console first.
you will see 4 hex head screws holding the radio in remove them and presto radio is removed!
